We specialise in all forestry & domestic outdoor power equipment including ride-on Mowers, chainsaws & brushcutters.

At STIHL SHOP™ Kaitaia, we offer a fully equipped workshop with factory trained technicians, John Stewart and Dave Hallet, who have 20 years experience between them. John was the recipient of STIHL’s Tehnical Achievement award for 2008!

Local Putaruru residents and STIHL SHOP™ owners, Todd and Donna Dowd, took over in December 2007.

We have been servicing the STIHL brand for over 20 years (previously as Putaruru Chainsaws / Andersons Chainsaws) with a service mechanic who has over 18 years experience!

We offer full retail sales & service and we are committed to ensuring you receive a retail experience second to none.
